At The House Of Wax, we Warranty all the work we do against craftsmanship failure for 30 days after the job is complete. What this does is insure you that we will professionally apply all products using the manufacturers specified instructions and if any applications fail within 30 days, we will reapply at no extra cost.
Guarantee of End Result
At the end of every project, our Guarantee of End Result allows you to look the project over and ask questions or make sure all is up to par. We're confident it will be, but if you notice anything you feel should be addressed, we will do our best to make it right with no additional charges. If we say the job is finished, we believe it is.
